These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Recommd's website and AI-visibility audit (the “Service”). They are provided as general terms and are not legal advice. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Recommd runs live, grounded queries against AI answer engines to estimate how your business is represented and recommended, and provides a score, the engine's answers, cited sources, and suggested fixes. A free audit is available, and a paid report with 90-day monitoring may be offered.
No guarantee of results
AI answer engines are operated by third parties and change continuously. Audit results are a snapshot of what an engine returned at a given moment and will vary over time. We do not guarantee any specific AI result, ranking, recommendation, or business outcome. The Service and its recommendations are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for how you act on them.
Payments
Paid reports are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.
Money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid reports. If the report isn't useful, reply to your receipt or email hello@recommd.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights or to submit information you have no right to use.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Recommd and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes. Audit inputs you submit remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to provide the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recommd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Recommd operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
